I give this location a STRONG 1 star. The manager Mike is always friendly and helpful but the staff is anything but. There is a store employee name Dre that is just always so rude and not willing to assist. I have a NOTE 7 so I'm always calling to get information on the replacement. This guy always answer the phone with an attitude. And never had any information to give. It's always oh well, and I don't know. I'm so sick of it. If I didn't have to deal with this store, I wouldn't. DRE gets the WORST employee of the YEAR award
