Dots

I can not stand going into predomiately black owned/managed retail stores and the customer service is awfu. I went to this Dots 2weeks ago and was totally displease with the service. Firstly, when I went to the counter to make a purchase the "manager" was one the phone yapping her little mouth away and tried to act as if she didn't see me. Secondly, when I asked for someone to help me this is when she decides she wants to help me, reluctantly. I found a jacket that I'd like but it did not have a tag on it so I pick up another jacket (same style, different tag price) to try and get the correct price for it but when the manager was calling another Dots she was so rude and nasty about it telling me that she wasn't going to give it to me at the price that I'd want. Needless to say, this Dots is G-H-E-T-T-O. Stay Away from them!!
