Initially we were very impressed with Jim. He was recommended by another resident in our neighborhood and gave us a price that was competitive with other builders we contacted.

The proof, however, comes down to how well the work holds up over the years. And this is where Jim's use of questionable subs and lack of oversight has come back to bite me. Specially, our roof leaked within the first year of the completion of the job. When called, he came by but had no suggestions as to how to keep the water from leaking into our home. Now, another area of the roof leaks even though we were told the membrane was rated for 15 years. Shoddy work! No followup to correct his mistakes! Don't be fooled!!!
