Computerrx In A Flash

Ripped off!! The $30 charge for diagnostic on my computer was $30 which was fine but they only plugged it in and hit the on button. They then said let us call hp and see what the want to do I kept asking how much they never said anything about calling would be extra. I get a call that the computer has to be shipped back and if they take it to post office they will charge me for it but I can take it. So I go pick it up and get a bill for $60!! If I would have known that a phone call would have cost me another $30 dollars I would have done it myself!!!!!
