I have had numerous experiences at Team Ford Lincoln. The service I have received has been above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service.After reading the previous review, I found myself compelled to write this statement.First thing, what kind of battery dies while the vehicle is engaged and in motion? Second, I would think the dealership that charged $350 to assist you would be the one taking advantage of a person's misfortune. I have had dead batteries in my lifetime and I have never paid that much. Having battery issues here in Las Vegas isn't uncommon. It's 100+ degrees, dry and dusty. Secondly, I believe I know the sales manager you are referring to. I find it impossible that she would have said the things you are claiming she said. I purchased an RV from out of state and wanted to get it inspected and brought up to date before my 1000+ trip home. I was so fortunate to find Davids auto repair. David made sure a full inspection of the motorhome was done, he found numerous small issues and added a lot of new parts that had deteriorated from just sitting in the sun for too long. He found a few things that the dealership failed to find and fix and helped me get the costs for that covered. I looked up the prices for the parts he put in and found that he sold me the parts at cost and found me better discounts on other parts that were of the same quality. He called me 2 or 3 times every day to keep me up to date on what they were doing. He even came out to the dealership to meet me and go through the RV with me while the dealership tech gave me the walkthrough. For everything they did to my new motorhome, the price was very fair. These guys are real professionals, they know what they are doing! Purchasing from out of state was a stressful experience because of everything that could go wrong on the trip home. David made sure the motorhome purred like a kitten all the way home. I highly recommend Davids complete auto repair!!!
Bryan and his entire staff of professionals are the very best I have dealt with in over 50 years. I have an antique 1976 Chrysler New Yorker Broham I have owned for many years. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and auto air condition is a must in our 120+ heat in the summertime. I tried for over 6 months to get a reasonable estimate on getting it fixed and $2000.00+ was out of the question. I went to the internet and found this site and business with so many satisfied customers it was unbelievable.I called for an appointment and got in the very next day. I met with Bryan the manager and was immediately impressed. He gave me a rough estimate of $250 to $350, depending on what they found in the system and what new parts were needed. Bottom line is it took about 4 yours of work and a return 2 days later because of a freon power hose that had to be ordered. I now have ice cold air with a total cost of $352.00, including taxes. All these positive write-ups of Bryan and his staff were 100% right. The repair workers even took time to talk with me personally, which is highly unusual. A 5 star rating isn't high enough. I give them all a "PERFECT 10". A super- happy customer in Las Vegas Nevada. Don.
Craig at this MIdas location is fantastic. We brought him a used car to check out that we were interested in buying from HondaWest. It was a 2004 Saturn Vue they were selling for $5200. Within 10 minutes he was telling us not to buy the car -- it had some major repair issues -- over $2700. He directed us to CarMax because he thought they had good used cars around $5000 (they don't unfortunately). We also told him about a car that a salesman was willing to sell us for $4000 (his own car) and once we told him the year and make he advised us he thought the price was high -- which after a check on Kelley's Blue Book -- we discovered it was -- by about 1/3. Then about an hour later I got a call from Craig telling me he knew someone at another Midas location that was selling a car within our price range and that he thought it was a good car. We went and looked at it and bought it. THANK YOU CRAIG!!! We thought we were out of luck in finding a car for my brother before I returned the next morning to Chicago but because of Craig's tip we were able to buy him what we think is a mechanically sound car that was within our budget ($3000).
My wife and I have been taking our cars to Qualified Automotive for about fourteen years. I go to Don at Qualified for the big repairs. They do great work and are very honest. They are across town for me so I go to a local place for routine maintenance. Here are a couple of my positive experiences with Qualified:I called Qualified for an estimate to have the spark plugs changed on my ’99 Expedition. I was given a price and told it was labor intensive because Ford had the engine compartment so cramped. After dropping off my vehicle, I received a call back from Don, the owner. He told me he was dropping the price because I had the smaller engine and it wouldn’t take as long to complete the tune-up as he had anticipated. When is the last time a repairman in any field came in “under budget”? I had a radiator replaced at Qualified and it eventually developed a leak at a faulty weld (a factory defect for the after-market radiator). The guys at Qualified replaced the radiator for free even though it was outside the limited warranty of the part. They truly stand behind their work.
I am impressed. I was given Absolute Auto Services as a referral from a friend. I had already gone to several shops and got different information and outrageous quotes from other shops. Kris actually took the time to diagnose the problem and make sure that he was going to repair the proper thing. I had a code for the catalytic converter come up and one shop just wanted to go ahead and replace the whole thing. They didn't even use the computer diagnostics. Kris did a complete diagnostic and found that my catalytic converter and oxygen sensors were operating fine. It was leaks in the injectors and fuel system along with a vacuum leak that were causing the problem. Kris saved me hundreds of dollars and follow up visits by diagnosing the problem. I did have a follow up problem with a pinhole leak that blew a few days later and Kris took responsibility and took care of the problem promptly without digging into my wallet further. I will happily tell all of my friends and family about Kris and Absolute Auto Services. Not only that but I will be a repeat customer!

We moved here from Seattle, WA last November 2013 and were in need of a good mechanic, well let me tell you we found a Great mechanic! We have a XJ12 Jaguar and a Discovery Land Rover. If any of you know British motors well then you know what I'm talking about. Vince was very reasonably priced and did exactly what he said he was going to do and was on time. Now the better news! My wife and I are muscle car fanatics and we found this 72 El Camino we buy it prior to taking it to Vince since it was in Parump (silly mistake) so we take it in to Vince and it needs new everything, tranny, water pump, radiator on and on. Now Vince is a muscle head too so thats the good news!! We got it back yesterday and its like a new car!! Now stop looking around and give Vince a call as you have read he works on all kinds of cars and is damn good at it!Oh and the way we found Vince was on this site! So here's another great review for Vince's!!
I am military, and GSA vehicles are taken to Auto Lab because Mike's reputation on quickness and being accurate on the problem. See I am in Henderson, and had a mechanic almost rip me off nearly $4K on repairs. Several the guy lied about straight out. The muffler falling apart but it was a loose screw up front. tires bad, but they had tread. I found out from Mike, the 02 sensor I paid last year was old, and the guy on boulder hhwy lied about changing it and charged me. I found out the mechanic on blould hwy drilled out my cadalliac converter for $800 was illegal and just $200 from getting a brand new one. The mech on boulder wanted near $1800 for a new converter alone. Then he added 660 for brakes which was a joke. Mike stated an axle is about $170 and 600 was insane. I got out of $2200 which sounds alot was cheap. Mike did the brakes all around, 2 new tires, an oil cap which was broken by walmart, oil change, new cadialliac coverter, ac put into the system, oh and a front head light.
Used this place once before and they treated me great, even drove me home and picked me up . Recently my truck had brake cylinder go out, brought it to them and within hrs had it fixed. They noticed a engine light on and checked it for free with out asking and gave me a price to fix, they knew the brake job, drained my funds, so then went so far to tell me the part to replace (coil)and it was something I could do if I wanted to save money. went home, spent 65.00 on a coil and truck runs great! These guys have been always honest and guarantee their work 100%. I recommend them to all guys on the AFB and all agree they do great honest work. They are not the cheapest, but do not overcharge either. I had cheap at other places and been ripped off. If you new to Vegas and lost on who to trust, give them a try, Iam local military and very careful on who I trust. I had my trucked towed clear across town to them , because I trust so few other auto places.
Great reviews don't lie! My family and I bought a Jeep in Colorado and had driven for hours before we needed a/c. NO COLD A/C and we're nearing Vegas! I called D.I. and Paul answered. Bring it right in and we'll take a look, he says. We thought we'd just need to recharge it. Paul got us right in a gave us the news 30 minutes later that the compressor was locked up. NOT the news we wanted as we were on the road with deadline to get to Southern Callifornia. We can't believe they spent that time with us and didn't charge us a dime! Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay in Las Vegas and let D.I. take care of the rest. Luckily, the dealarship we bought it from is covering the repair. Maybe we should hit them up with gas money back to Vegas for that and revisit D.I. after our time in Cali. THANKS D.I. ! and a great thank you to Paul! It was nice meeting such honest folks.
