BEWARE!!!! Found this place on Groupon, but wanted to call and confirm an appointment before purchase. Receptionist told me not to purchase the Groupon, they would honor the Groupon rate. Paid for a LYFT to the location only to discover they WOULD NOT honor the Groupon rate! The nail tech ‘Bri’ rudely stated to me “I personally am not willing to do the job for that price, I would only make $12”...this would have been nice to know BEFORE paying for a ride there and back! Now I see why the place was empty when I arrived. FYI Bri also states they do not honor Groupons.
Best service I've ever had! Also the best set of nails I've had in a while. This place slayed my coffin shaped ombré nails
The most horrible service I’m not small but they told me I was to fat to sit in the chair they had I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I’ve never been treated that way there the worst nail shop in Vegas so far

Rude and unprofessional. Don't patronize them! There are many nail shops in town that will treat people with respect. Spend your money somewhere else.
The Vietnamese Nails & Beauty Association (VNBA) proudly presents J T Nails , Las Vegas , NV 89123 as one of the best salons for great performance in Cleanliness, Sanitation , Friendly customers services and creative nails designs . Highly recommended !
Beware of fake reviews: do NOT go to this place. They will try and make you sign a document agreeing to pay late fees even when you show up on time. I rather pay more with an honest company than deal with hidden fees.
Ana and T are awesome!!! I've been going there for 2 years never had a bad experience. Full sets... Pedicures... And eyebrows always come out amazing. The price is great!!! 100 percent recommend.
Definitely will not be back. The salon is nice and close to my house, not a bad wait either without an appointment. However... The language issue was a problem. During my pedicure, I had to ask her to repeat her questions numerous times, not only was the pronounciation a problem but she really wasn't asking a full question, just saying a word. She didn't give instruction about pulling my foot out or putting it in, but rather shoved my foot or leg in the direction she wanted it to go. I felt like saying, "please use your words." Then the final straw for me was when their lunch arrived from McDonalds - around 2:30 pm. Seems most of them ordered something and rather than walking into the back they proceeded to eat at their stations - one girl apparently doesn't know how to close her lips while chewing & I found the whole thing very unprofessional. The lady doing my pedicure was in such a hurry to shove my flip flops on (after she'd painted my toes) that she messed up one of them. She didn't do a top coat and it seemed she couldn't get me out of there fast enough so she could feed her face.
We were able to get right in, and it is Saturday afternoon, so we were lucky! The place is so pretty! Lexi at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We had a mother and daughter mani/pedi, and what a treat! We will definitely be back!
