Lakeland Appliance Repair

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my KitchenAid dishwasher repaired. It was supposed to happen on 1/2/15. I had to give my credit card info before they would even schedule me for service. On 1/2/15 the office called to say that the tech could not come because the truck was broken down. They rescheduled it for 1/7/15. I got a call on 1/7/15 saying that the tech still could not come because the truck was not repaired. I told the office that I was concerned that they had MY credit card info and that I still had no repairs done! They said they would cancel all of my credit card info. I really don't feel comfortable with this company and its operation!
