Secure Store

Awful. Terrible. No good. Very bad. The owner of this Secure Store is local doctor Michel E. Heard and what a jerk he is! He waited until late May 2018 to inform his customers that he was shutting down Secure Store by the end of the month so an office building could be built in its place. My family learned by a certified letter received on May 21st that we had to vacate our unit by May 31st. We had to abandon our Memorial Day plans and scramble to move out of Dr. Heard’s ghetto storage facility (and we incurred a lot of expenses doing so). It takes a really ruthless businessman to screw over loyal customers the way Dr. Heard screwed over his customers. Do not ever do business with that man. If you’re his patient, I would suggest finding another doctor.

I have used this storage for commercial uses for 3 years now and have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and pest free.
