Jason, the owner of the company, promptly called us back after seeing our dissatisfied review. He was courteous and eager to address our concerns. My biggest concern was he didn’t call us back as promised by his office staff after we made several attempts to discuss the damages done to our old house, new house, and furniture. Apparently, there was a miscommunication between his office staff and him, and our message got distorted/lost between their communications with each other. This follow up call was pleasant and made me feel better about their company. He listened to our concerns and was ready to make amends. He really values his company and wants his customers to be satisfied with their service. Word of advice: if you use this company and have concerns, contact the owner DIRECTLY, and don’t let his office staff transmit any messages to him.
