Disappointing. Having made a purchase for my Sis in law on Saturday & returning the skirt that ended up not fitting on Monday.The store refund rules are; If items are returned within 14 days a full refund is compensated and after 14 days its store credit. I had paid with cash, the cashier ignores that and emphasizes in suggestion giving me two options to hand her my credit card for the refund or to get store credit. Being puzzled as to why those are the only options offered, she calls her manager; Apparently the cashier was thinking there wouldnt be enough money in the register to complete the return-All of which could have been communicated, understood and let them figure out what could be done. Instead of making me try to sacrifice my valid refund for their convenience
HORRIBLE SERVICE! First, I placed an order for two shirts and a jumper with embroidery. I was told it would take two weeks to complete. I called a week and a half later to make sure everything would be ready on time and was told it would be another two or three weeks! No phone call from them, nothing! So I had to go with the heat press. That evening when I was taking out a peter pan blouse I bought, I saw that it was the wrong size. Although it was an extra small, it was not a child's XS. My husband went to take it back the next day and exchange it for the right size. They gave him the hardest time. They acted like we didn't purchase the shirt from them although it was in the original packaging. He called me and I pulled out the receipt and gave the cashier the ticket#. I was livid! It was a freaking exchange! They literally sat there giving my husband the blues on an exchange of a shirt that had never been worn. Thankfully my daughter's school uses another uniform store. I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I received and no intentions of EVER using them again! If I could them then -1 stars I would. OH, and the store is dingy and crowded. There are definitely nicer, more well-lit uniform stores in the Atlanta area.
this business deserves less than 1 star, for their bad customer service. Employees there lack people skills. My experience: we bought one jumper for my daughter and one weke after the first wash, it was damaged. I took it to the store and blamed my daughter for not taking care of it properly. After some back and forth, I decided to take it to a taylor to fix it and put a claim in my amex. Amex was on my side, since they sold a damaged product and gave me credit for the cost of the jumper. Amex never heard back from the store on the claim. I rather go to other stores instead of the Alpharetta one. It is not worth the headache and the mistreatment from them, specially if it is a store for CHILDREN wear, we should not be going through this, no parent should be going through this. I will be buying from the store in Kennesaw, hopefully there is better service there.
Sir, I'm not sure what store you shopped in in Alpharetta but if you shop with Uniform Source in Kennesaw (our only location) we will take excellent care of your uniform needs. All of our garments are guaranteed for a year by the manufacturer so you will never have this problem with us. Your purchase must not have been with Uniform Source.
I have had the best uniform shopping experiences with uniform source over the past couple of months. I have ordered both online and visted the store. My Items were always in stock or deliverd when promised. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. At one time my school tried using a person that had a in home embroidery business and It was a complete disaster. They could never keep up with the demand and they never had enough product in stock. Uniform source has a 3000 square foot building packed with inventory and 19 heads of embroidery equipment I never have had to wait long for my items.
After reading these reviews I had to post something. This store is awesome they really care about their customers. Unlike the big companies out their that just want your money. This is a family oriented company that treat their customer the same. I had a problem with my son growing out of his pants before school even started , No problem they exchanged my pants without any questions. Sure they have a return policy if they took back cloths that have already been loged all the time they would go out of business who wants to pay cloths with logos already on them. especially if its not your child's school. The Bottom line is this company cares and appreciates its customers. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my children uniforms.

The only reason I go to this store is to get the logos for KCSMA. I don't think I can get them anywhere else, but I wish I could. The staff is very rude. The last couple of times the lady at the cash register has scolded me (yes, that is right, SCOLDED me) because I asked questions about the uniform sizes and colors.
The first year I spent almost 400.00 in uniforms. After their rudeness, I only go to the store for the logos. It is still $40.00 or $50.00 that I have to pay to be subjected to the worst customer service ever. If you can stay away from this hell hole
WORST store! I went to purchase the uniform for my child and BEFORE paying I was told it would take 2 weeks for me to receive it. It has passed FOUR weeks (and my child already started school!!) and I still did NOT receive her uniform. My husband went to the store and was told we would receive it by the end of the week. The week passed and now we were told they do not know WHEN they will be getting the piece that we PAID FOR. DO NOT purchase from this store.

I have been nothing but dissatisfied with this company. The school my son goes to just switched to this store and I wish they would go back to the old company. First I go to the store, it is little, crowded, and not enough people there to help. I could not find anything I needed and it was too chaotic to try and get help. I really just wanted to see how the sizes run so I was not too disappointed. I go home on their website to place my order, and according to their website &quot;in stock items will be ready in a week, if not ready in two weeks call.&quot; Well needless to say three weeks and several calls later my items are still not ready and school starts in 4 days. And yes the items I ordered were in stock according to their website and my call to the store to check on the status of my order.
I have had the worse experience with Uniform Depot in Kenensaw. I have a 2 year old that is required to wear uniforms and when we went in there, we were told they did not sell them in his size so we purchased the smalles size that they had with the intention of shrinking them as much as possible. When I got home, I noticed that one of the shirts that they sold me was a 2T, which is what I needed. We went back up there and we returned the bigger shirts (after having to tell my situation to everybody, including the boss). They informed me that they would have to order the shirts but that it should not take long to get them in. It h as been 2 weeks now and I cannot get ANYBODY to answer the phone or return a voice mail. I have called them no less than 50 times and since I do not live or work near this place of business I would like to know if my order has come in before driving out there. DO NOT use this place if you need a special size or have to oder something...We will be shopping at Buckhead Uniforms from now on!

This is the best place to get your children uniforms. They always have what I need and if they don’t it takes them no time to get it in, there is always nice helpers greeting me at the door and assisting me with all my needs. They are always so helpful and good with my children. I will never shop anywhere else for my kid’s uniforms. Thank you to all the Uniform Depot employees keep up the good work.

I can't tell you how great it was to get our school uniforms from Uniform Depot this year. I have been to other uniform stores in the the past and they just do not compare. Uniform Depot got it right the first time. Thank you for all of your help (especially Marcus).
We will definiately be back next year.
I have three children all in private school. I had been going to another uniform store but recently found this one. The service was wonderful and the staff helpful.
They knew the exact uniform requirements that our school had.
They were able to put the names on the shirts right at the store which was a real time saver.
It was a bit busy but I think I was there on tax free day.
I found out I could even buy on the internet!
I know I will be back!
Just picked up my new lab coats from Uniform Depot and they were just as ordered. I had a wonderful experiance. ""Mac"" was even able to save some of my old coats by removing the old writing! What a $$ saver.
I also learned that they sell Dansko shoes - so I will definiately be back!

Just had another wonderful shopping experiance at Uniform Depot. They make shopping such a pleasure. They are kind and courtious.
Their embroidery services are top notch. I did have a problem with the color of the stitching but Marcus helped to fix this right away.
They may be busy during the season but they beat thecompetition hands down.
I would unquestionably recommend them for all of your unifrom needs. With 3 children in private school, I'm sure that I will be shopping with them for a long time.
I have been going to Uniform Depot for years. What an wonderful improvement to an already great Uniform Store over the last years. Not only do I get my childrens school uniforms there but also my nursing uniforms.
They have always been nice and on time with me. We did have some issues last year with longer than expected waits but this was completely solved this year.
The staff is quite knowledgeable and special thanks to Marcus in Managment for helping to get my special order on time and right.
I would definitely recommend this store for all of your uniform needs.
I'm new to the school uniform thing. Now with 2 little ones in them for the first time I realize how complicated getting the needed items were. The staff was helpful in locating all the things I would need and getting the logos on correctly.
It was a pleasant purchase.
I did have an issue with getting the jumper size I needed but ""Mac"" was on top of this and changed the jumper out for the correct size without question.
Thanks Uniform Depot for making a stressfull chore easy! I will definitely be back next year!

First, I would like to say the quality of the unforms are great. As far as Management at this store it is ABSOLUTLEY the worst I have ever experienced. Considering I spent almost 500.00 dollars at this store. I have never seen anything like in my life and it does no good to complain because I contacted the store today to follow up on my order and the same MANAGER was rude and nasty for no reason. This is not the first time either. Something has to be done, this is CRAZY... I am not sure what the problem was but Dunka the Manger at this store needs a attitude adjustment. Please be aware if you go to this store. I will NEVER EVER spend my money at this store or company again. I even went as far as complaining to her boss and yet she still have a NASTY attitude. Something has to give... What happened to ""Customers is always right"", I guess this does not apply to this store. I am so disappointed and angry because I spent too much money at this store, NEVER AGAIN and I hoped you enjoyed my 500.00, because you will never see another penny of mines. I hope the right person sees this and make a change. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. And I will not stop here..............................
