Payless Car Rental

We have been renting cars from them for the past year since we moved to Johnstown and every time we go there there is always a new rule first it was $250 hold on credit cards and $350 on debit cards and then it was $350 on all cards, then you would go and they would take everything normal no questions, then they said that u need a utility bill or bank statement with debit cards and it goes on. My problem is all this they are saying now doesn't make any sense when i used my debt card without a bank statement or utility bill before and hand no problem with them, and before i used my credit card and they held $250 before no problem. Now when ever i go there and i question the actions they say that these policies have been in place since 2015 and mind you i have been renting cars from them since January 2016 in Johnstown PA. Before i use to use payless in New Jersey and never had a problem and i have been using them for years. The girls by the counter are RUDE and RACIST i was there and one made a statement and the other laughed and she taught i didn't hear her well i sure did i didn't get her name but i would make sure and get the both of their names and put it up.
