Ruby Tuesday

Gave an outstanding rating. The ambiance is nice, clean, and quiet. Price of ribs $19.99 was a bit high but the portion was plenty. The salad bar was fresh and lots to choose from. The server was exceptional; personable and often came around if we needed anything or drinks to refill.

This is the worst Ruby Tuesday's I ever ate at and it is apparent I share that opinion with almost everyone I talk to! SCCteaks are dry, veggies are soggy, Mashies are pasty. Servive takes forever, whie the staff is gossiping around the back booths, hanging out there while you wait 15 minutes for a server to see you. The manager, Lynna (I think that's her name) is just awful-- NO personality or customer service skills. We've been there the last three times at prime time and the place is almost empty, while, just a few feet up the road, the competitors' lots are packed! This RT is circling the bowl now...this is what happens when you lose a good manager and replace him with a loser. Sorry-- it's TRUE and I believe the revenue has to reflect it!
