I’m so glad I stopped by flooring remodeling Center I was very confused about what I was going to put on my downstairs floors . Guys at the store were a tremendous help they spent a lot of time with me they even took more than 20 smamples to my house to make sure I got what was best for my house. The floor look REALLY. That’s why my husband and I recommend them.
We where referred to flooring and Remodeling Center by a good friend for a shower remodel and we weren’t disappointed. Sam was the sales person and he was just spectacular he helped us plan and design our awesome shower. What I liked about sam is that he was on top of his game form the beginning to the end of the project.we will highly recommend flooring and Remodeling Center
Tile floors are uneven; stub my toes on the corners that stick up all the time. Installed tiles too high in kitchen and know the dishwasher cannot be removed without cutting out the countertop. Accidentally painted some of the wooden floorboards white.
Mr. Sampson is an expert in his field. He has 40 plus years of experience. Mr. Sampson installed Tile and Carpet in our previous house, we were amazed at the sale of our house with 12 year old carpet, it looked almost brand new still. We looked at a lot of Wood looking Tile. What we found is the 6 inch wide Tile was too small in width, also the length at 2 feet just was not going to have that wood look. The Bigger Planks the Bigger your Room will look. We focused on 8 inch by 3 feet long, then we found the 10 inch by 5 foot Tile which was perfect. What we found out is for the wood look you need Rectified (Laser Cut) Porcelain Tile. Why? To have the Wood look you will need 1/16 inch grout lines, we found from an Internet review to go with a Shadow type color Grout. We researched Mapei Flexcolor CQ and found it does not need to be sealed, does not change color over time, it is a stand-alone grout no mixing or additive required, so it seems to be the best of the best out there. We chose 09 Gray http://www.mapei.com/US-EN/coloured-grouts-list.asp which we found to be the perfect, not too dark or too light color. If you look at a real Wood install, you will see a Shadow that defines each plank, this Gray does just that. So far everyone has had to drop to their knees to check if it is real wood or not, oh and the texture of these Tiles feel like wood too. It even has pictured nails in some pieces to look like wood. When picking your Tile, Make Sure you take a sample home to check it to your lighting. We found what we thought was the perfect looking Tile and when we got it home it was Way Too Dark. Also with this Tile it is a Must to have your floors Floated at Install.Mr. Sampson and 2 workers worked almost 2 weeks on this project. Why so long? This Long Tile requires two installers, one on each end to prevent Kick-Up. We had Ceramic Tile Floors in our Entrance and Carpet in the other Rooms they removed. I was extremely impressed on how we were not inconvenienced At All during the install. Mr. Sampson made sure we had access to our bedroom and kitchen at all times, also we have dogs which we did not have to board during the install. We HIGHLY Recommend Mr. Sampson. He is one of the last Old School Type, Do It Right the First Time guys left. He takes pride in his work and his demeanor is extremely Professional. What you will find is he has not had to Advertise much since the majority of his work is by Word-of-Mouth and trust me it is All Good. We can't say enough of how pleased we are with his work.Product:10 inch x 5 foot Wood Italian Porcelain Tile
I bought 3 gal of floor coating. Before I took them, I asked if I could return them. They told me yes if unopened. I brought them back within a week, unopened. They refused to credit my card. Then, 4 of them came out to my truck and forcefull threw the cans into the back of my truck. One employee almost swung at me, and I warned him not to. I would have sued them! The manager was out there with them. I felt like they hated me because I am white!
This tile company is awful! They were supposed to restore our tile and they made it look worse then I imagined possible! The grout is different colors and the grout paint was tracked all over the tile. The tile is now cloudy white in many areas! This was a total rip off and disaster. We were promised a quick fix but the company never returns calls. There is no way this company could ever do the job right; the lack of professionalism has been astounding!
My BIL is a contractor. I asked him to remove our carpet and install laminate floors! e has a few to choose from and I chose BBW flooring! They have such great colors it was so hard to pick! I went with the Midnight Hickory! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! My rooms look amazing! Quality is great! My BIL loves doing business with this company as they have great quality and durable quality, wort every penny! Make sure your contractor is getting your flooring from them!
WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!!this place became our horrible nightmare since we started to use them! first try to get you a low quote, then once the job started, try to rip you off on everything they can! and be careful, the store name is A & B Flooring, but when you sign the paper, you will find out it's another name: Flooring & Remodeling Center. At the end, it's just totally a big scam and fraud!!! STAY AWAY!!!
This place sucks! First give you a price to trap you, once get your hair wet, you nightmare starts! Mour is the worst! All material came in late, no calls to tell you what happen. Once you tried to trace him, he's even ugly than you! All kinds of lies, this guy just didn't make any sense, totally a mess, even his own workers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, every single one ever dealt with this guy has problem! And don't even think about your warranty, never return your phone calls! And get ready to change your lock, as you will never get them back! The work quality is horrible, and took every shortcut just to play around not to get the job done! Totally the worst headache we ever dealt with! Would never hire any contractors to work in our house! This terrible nightmare just can make you sleepless, frustrated, disgusting, just drama after drama!!! You would be ripped off!!! 100% Regret once you use them!
