Excellent customer service !!!!!! Very friendly !!!! Love the fact that they save addresses you have mailed to before !!

i paid $11 to mail a bill on oct 27 so it would get there by nov 1 the letter didnt get there till nov 9 and i wound up with late fees and interest charges .they told me at M/E that it wasnt guaranteed to be there in 3-4 days. but damn 13 days????
