Attic Self Service Storage

I have been storing my things at this location for 2 years. The manager called me threatening to sell my things if she didn't get paid in 3 days. I'm a manager at a storage facility in California and know she is NOT allowed to harrass me or sell my items without many other steps. There are many legalities that the facility must follow step by step before I can be sold. I asked for the owners information in order to let them know how I was treated. I do NOT appreciate being treated like a criminal and spoken to like I am trash. If I spoke to any of my customers the way she spoke to me, I would be fired. Apparently the manager Penny, does not understand the meaning of customer service. I will be moving my things out once I find a full time job and will NOT refer any of the many friends I have in Grants Pass to that facility. Again I'm apauled and disgusted with the way she spoke to me and am going to take this to the better business bureau.
