Gpc Computer

I have used GPC to purchase components, systems, and repair my computers for the last 20 years. Never had a problem, always great service, and at a reasonable price. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

GPC computers is a joke. I took an old computer to the place to try and recover data after a crash, I got it back without its vital parts such as the network card. Considering now friendly the guys there seem, I was too embarrassed and dumfounded to take it back. Now recently again, I met two friends who have had similar problems with them. So beware. Next time you want to work on an old computer, think of PC Outlet on SW of 28th street in Grandville. They are dependable, trustworthy, efficient and cheaper.

Brought my laptop in with a broken hinge...ended up with them having to replace the motherboad. Had my laptop 2 months, treated me as if they were doing me a favor by fixing the problem THEY created. We had to call constantly...poor communication, never knew what was going on or why it was taking SOOOO long to make what seemed like a simple fix. Never again!
