Ashbrier Apartments

They deserve no stars. We always put in work orders and they never fixed it. Do NOT live here! Waste of money!

This place is terrible. I lived here a few years. I moved out.

First, the roof has been leaking for years, and it damaged my furniture. Second, the air conditioners, break routinely, and drip water onto the carpet. Third, the apartment itself is small, cramped and always hot. The police routinely visit this complex. Drug use is rampant and there are no trees or nice areas for children to play. Management takes forever to fix things, and that's if they fix it at all. To top off all the great things about the complex, did I forget to mention that a convicted pederast was allowed to move in right next door to children and the staff at Ashbrier-Sandlewood failed to notify it's tenats, many of whom had young children? Lets not forget many vehicles being broken into on a regular basis. If you like slum living at it's finest, I recommend you live there.
