Clovis Courtyard-Awesome team!

I just wanted to let you know that your staff is very thorough and courteous. Clean, quiet environment. You should be very happy to have a team that is passionate about what they do. I was reading the reviews from a year or two ago. Apparently your team has cleaned out the ""riff raft"" and cleaned up the place, because I do not get that impression at all.

Overall
nice place, but not quiet

The follwing review might make it sound worset han how it actually is, but Clovis Courtyard is actually a fairly nice place to live, with a very nice location that isn't too far from anything. First off, the apartments are decently sized, and they are quite nice. There are roaches, but every place seems to have those around fresno. The manager Cicci, as well as her help, Mitchell, are quite nice and will try to answer your concerns as best as possible. The maintenance guys are also nice and will respond very quickly to all service requests. On the other hand, while the place is nice, it is NOT a place for quiet people. There are loud screaming/crying children/parents during the day, with drunken revelry, domestic abuse/arguments, and not-whispered conversations at all hours of the night. The neighborhood is decent, however, my girlfriend had her bike stolen, and my cousin had her wheel stolen, so if you use bikes, put them in your apartment from day 1. FYI, they don't have bike racks. A small personal complaint is that the gardeners do lawn maintenance at seemingly random times from 8am to 5pm, so those of you who like to lounge/sleep/enjoy peace and quiet will have a bit of a hard time with that. As I said, it is a nice place to live, and party-people shouldn't have any complaints here, but quieter people are in for a world of annoyance.

should be section 8

there is always some homeless person diggin through the trash.

i've seen 4 police raids in the year i've been here.

someone got mugged in the parking lot.

there are always parties on the weekends until 4 or 5 am.

half the parking lot lights dont work.

the place is full of cockroaches and silverfish.

walls are paper thin.

laundry room is too small for the complex.

the back half is full of drug dealers and scum.

management doesnt care about anything but a rent check on time, and wont help at all.

maintenance is decent, though ive never seen the main guy do anything but pick up trash.

Drug City

This would be a nice place to live were it not for all of the dopeheads and welfare trash. Management refuses to do anything.
