Fairfield's Tiny Tots Child

Our child was in attendance to this daycare for more than 1 year and when concerns aroused, the director acted if she was compassionate and understanding while in conversation with us parents. Staff was found in panic and flustered when parent showed up and they couldn't find a phone # cause our child threw up, staff told lies to Director about conversations, 2 week notice was verbally given to director and a few days before our child's last day, she had a conversation with us stating that we should take our child and leave (with no notice and parents were on their way to work),denied deposit to be returned to us, stated she had documentation of when we brought concerns to her, but when asked for the documentation, she denied it to us, staff brought FALSE accusations against parents, staff was on personal phone call and when this was addressed with director it was stated she was off the clock, but later stated staff was watching us outside as she was waiting for kids from the bus (we w
