Jill was fabulous throughout her work with both my web site and blog and it's complex set of challenges. She proved to be extremely competent and knowledgeable in all aspects of the work on both the web site and the blog design and their transfer of platform and hosts. She quickly understood what I was looking for and gave clear and helpful solutions that worked for things I didn't know or had trouble figuring out. Jill was always accessible and friendly; always prompt in doing the work. She answered questions patiently, and - important to me - free of techie jargon. She explained technical issues in clear, ordinary language, both via e-mail and on the phone. Jill did a great job, and I recommend her highly and without reservation

This company did some data recovery for me in May. They were fast and very professional. The only problem I had is that getting all the stuff off my computer was a little expensive, but compared to other places I checked they still had the best pricing.

Proactive Computing has been helping my business and myself for about a year now. Every time we have a problem they have someone out within a couple hours, and the preventative maintenance has saved us more than a couple times. The price is right, the techs are good and that alone is more than I can say for Best buy's poor excuse for computer repair.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I received. These guys are awesome. I had a virus that took over my pc and I was told by three computer shops that my data was lost for good. I called these guys and they had someone out within an hour. He removed the virus, AND SAVED ALL MY FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS! Then he tuned up my computer for free, and helped me to set up an external hard drive that I bought but had yet to use. Their pricing is good, very professional (the gentleman who came was actually wearing slacks, tie, and sportcoat), and didn't condemn me for not backing my stuff up. I've reffered two friends since, and all had good experiences as well.
