General Info

I have served as a mental health counselor for over 6 years with the Washington State Department of Corrections, working with felony offenders with significant mental health issues, sexual offenders, and sexual minorities. I also completed a one-year internship working at Center for Human Services in Shoreline, WA, working with children, teens, and adolescents using various treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, Humanistic, Existential). My experience at internship also included working one day per week doing both individual and group counseling at a middle school, and group counseling with 9-14 year-olds at a low-income housing area. I am working on building his credentials for sports counseling, child, and marriage/family therapy.
