Eugene Drop Box

I rented a box to clean out my dads house after the death of his partner. a huge mess! I loved how fast it came and the fact that there was not a time limit to pick up. I had to pay ahead for the box which was fine. What I was not told however was that the upfront fee I paid did not include the garbage fee. Imagine my surprise 6 weeks later when a large bill arrived. They have been unwilling to work with us on the bill thru the confusion. I think that is just wrong!!!!!!!
