THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Went here to get my oil changed and saw the sign that they have at the entrance of the maintenance area saying there’s a special price of $29.99. I then asked the mechanic for the cheapest oil change, but they ended up charging me $39.99. When I asked the manager and mechanic why the sign stated a discounted price they said they need to take it down and the owner doesn’t want to yet. They never reset my mileage on the dashboard and told me to come back another day and they would finish it. About 2-3 weeks later I returned, and they tell me I need to pay for ANOTHER oil change for them to reset it because they “didn’t have my car information file”, luckily I had my receipt. The sign was still up when I returned weeks later and they gave me the same excuse that they don’t know why it’s up and don’t want to take it down (this sign is on the side of the street and can easily be picked up and removed). When I expressed that I was upset they were ripping people off and about the poor service, the mechanic had the nerve to ask me if I was PMS-ing. Not only is this place a rip off but they are engaging in illegal activity according to California Business and Professions Code 17200, 17500 and California Civil Code 1770.
