MEDPOINT express - Cobblestone

My wife called the Elkhart location as it was closer and told the Nurse that she was right down the road. After rushing our son with 101 tempeture and Strep throat, she arrived at 6pm on the dot. The Nurse closed the door as she walked up. My wife knocked and the nurse rudely said she was closed.

After my wife told her she just spoke with her. She again replied, we are closed.



I won't ever use MedPoint Express again. If you can look at a sick kid and turn them away because someone arrives the minute you close....no thanks. You shouldn't be working a job that takes care of people if you have no common decency.
