The receptionist is very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! However the escrow officer Jessica is very rude and sneaky. We closed on a sale and she added a percentage on their commission, fortunately for us we checked our papers and made her aware and she acted bothered after it was her fault. Every time we meet with her she is very rude and makes rude comments. Her service is horrible she is not helpful at all and rushes through everything. We are finalizing some other transactions but after this we will never return.
When I walked into the office I was greeted right away by very friendly associates. They answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole loan process. I was able to get the money I needed that day in only 30minutes. I checked around at other loan places but Titlemax ha…

Go see Shaunna and Fabiola here at this location to get the best customer service- They always go the extra mile for the customer- They have the lowest rates with the best service! The phone number on here is wrong I sent a correction- the number is 972-581-1531!
The manager is really nice, through and explained everything to me. The rates are a lot lower and he was able to buy out my higher rate loan down the street. I was able to payoff my loan in 3 months! J.K. Dallas, TX

These guys are great! I needed emergency money and they were able to help me out the same day. The rates are better than other title loan companies (HALF THE COST), and they are really friendly and laid back. I'd do business with them over and over again!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS CROOK ! CAR BROKE TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE AND NEVER GOT BACK TO BE ABOUT FIXING THE ISSUE. HE TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET ME MY TITLE SO I COULD TRY TO RECOUP MY MONEY I HAD GAVE HIM.
Horrible service! bad everything! Avoid if possible. They screwed up my title work on my house. They are very unprofessional. Please if you use them check your paperwork; , apparently its your job to make sure the title work is correct.
I called a few companies but Diversified Financial Network just felt like the right fit. Everything went smooth and I was really pleased with the level of professionalism they displayed. They explained everything to me, answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. I would say the entire process was quick and painless and would certainly recommend them.
In my opinion, Diversified Financial Network is a company with a staff who really listens to what you might need financially and then will, quite frankly, bend over backwards to accommodate those needs. The process is painless, fast and straight forward. Our little company has worked with DFN a few times now...and we have always been well-served.
This business is HORRIBLE do not come here. This place is horrible I found a add on craiglist under the cars by owner. ok so I figure out their a dealership. so I'm texting the apparent owner. and he start insulting me because he trying to charge me 25.99 % interest rate . saying that I'm unable to pay the bills. I had 5100 down. think ima accept a 25.99. A hahaha laughed in his face. then he starts talking about my education level because I told him to shove the car up his u know where.. don't be fooled by the cross he seems religious but is entirely a crook
Kelli and the Ladies are friendly and courteous, and always ready to help, or offer a suggestion.
Don't use them. They royally messed up the closing on our house. For weeks the date was set for 11/4 (a Monday) pending a few different things. Most importantly that our mortgage lender had all their documentation to United Title Company 3 business days before the closing date, which we know for a fact happened because we kept in close touch with our bank about this. But then the Friday before close at 2 in the afternoon United Texas Title called our realtor and told them we would not be closing on Monday morning because they just got the documents they need from our bank today- complete BS. AND that they didn't know if it was being pushed to Tuesday or Wednesday because it takes up to two business days for Frannie Mae to approve (we were buying a forclosure). We've gotten PTO approved for the close day from both mine and my husband employers, gas, water, internet all scheduled to be set up, etc. And at this last minute they are changing our close date based on a lie! Never use this title company.
I was calling for information about Texas titles, I had no prior knowledge. The lady I spoke with was rather nice and helped me out great!
