Towing in Dallas, TX

My experience with Dallas Towing service was worth remembering. Harris the driver was really cool, I forgot to get my receipt at the time of the tow and he created me one with no problem immediately via text. Even after dropping my car off he took the time to make sure I was okay and had everything needed. I will use them again for sure.

Professional, considerate, efficient and reasonable - all these traits come to my mind when I reflect on my experience with Dallas Towing service. I called around various towing companies but they were the most reasonably priced. The driver Moore gave me a time-frame that he would show up and worked incredibly fast, while communicating with me. The most professional towing service I've ever experienced and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

They picked up my bf car when he had a visitors pass in the card that was legible and valid. They tried to say a 7 was a 2. I called only for the manager to not be available. I am so pissed off bc we were gonna head to the airport only to come out and the car to be gone! For no valid reason. Terrible customer service

One star is too many stars. I went downstairs to go to work this morning and my car was towed from my spot. Called and spoke to someone who was extremely rude the entire time and who eventually hung up on me when I refused to pay for a stolen vehicle. I had my permit in my window which is current and doesn't expire until over 6 months from now!I plan to file BBB complaint, already filed complaint with the city. However, I'm pretty demotivated by the fact there are so many other people with these problems and nothing is being done. :( The operator with the city even knew which towing company I was talking about.

Showed up on time, very reasonably priced, excellent service and to top it all off, Adam was friendly and just easy to talk to! Recommended a few auto repair places, gave some tips on car maintenance, and accepts cards, square, AND chase QuickPay! Made a very horrible situation better! Will recommend to others.

They have towed numerous of people in my very own apartments with no mercy. While my neighbor went upstairs to put their groceries away, still having some groceries left in the car, THEY TOWED HIM! and on another account, I caught them trying to tow my car after I was upstairs for no more than 10 minutes trying to send an urgent email, they said I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $125 FOR THEM TO UNHOOK MY CAR AND PUT IT DOWN!! I GUARANTEE YOU THE GUY POCKETED THE MONEY!!!!

My Mazda's ball joint broke while in Addison / North Dallas area. Found ignite towing on google and called them for a tow. The dispatcher asked me several questions to assess the situation in order to give me the correct quote. The driver got to me within 30 minutes and was great to deal with and even though the job required more labor than previously expected, they did not charge me any extra.Greg A.

This place is total freaking BS AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I SEE THEM PAY FOR THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING PPL!!!My boyfriends daughter had a dance recital from her dance class at school and we were only given an address of 9680 timberline dr to attend.When we arrived, we parked beside many more ppl at this apartment complex where they were to preform on a tennis court and was told by the teachers we could park anywhere!There was not one sign posted saying tow away.Within 5-10 minutes I looked up and seen my car being towed away by a wrecker!!!!We had hell trying to find this place, it was a storage bldg named Sure storage, nothing with BBT WRECKER on it!!Got there, door locked with a paper note to call, waited for 30 min for the stupid witch to open the door for us to come inside to pay for my car they illegally towed, we opened the door to find Huge holes in the walls and writing on the walls cussing them out, then through another door to speak with the clerk, only to find out she was behind a window that you could not see through and got charged 165.00 to recover my car!!I asked her HOW they could illegally tow my car, and she said"we are only a storage facility, we have nothing to do with the tow company"As we sat out front, miserably hot, upset and waiting to enter for 30 min we seen this wrecker come in and out 4 times dropping off cars and speeding back to get more!!He was driving crazy and slamming all these cars around!This is inhuman and I refuse to stop here.... I will SEE TO IT THAT SOMETHING IS DONE TO THIS SO CALLED TOW CO!Also going to find out Why Grand Prairie high school sent these kids to such a place for a dance recital and did not have any parking arrangements!!Beware of BBT WRECKER SERVICE!!!

I have used this company twice, and both times they were very fast with taking care of our needs. I am based out of Lubbock TX and In my line of work its important to get cars picked and moved quickly to prevent impounds and RG wreckers has been excellent in helping me get my job done in the Dallas Area.

At a loss for words here. I was towed from my apartment building in a private parking garage during a work trip because of expired registration? In a PRIVATE garage? Came back my car was gone. They claimed that a warning was given to me - via the windshield of the car that I was not in front of. Neither my building or the company wanted to cave or even offer me a freaking discount. When I got there it felt like a prison, cameras everywhere, mirrored glass so you couldn't even face the person you were talking to - truly disgusting. Please do not support this business or call them for a tow even if you are in the most difficult of situation.
