      They missed one of my labs when they put my lab orders in, even though I specifically double checked all three were ordered. Only two were. Then it took me over 3 hours of waiting on hold and speaking to incompetant people with their customer service number. They are rude and inept and if I had any choice of where to go I would go somewhere else.
