This guy has no concept of customer service. We had a simple concern after the job was completed that he refused to,acknowledge amd was very rude and abrupt on the telephone. If you place value on good customer service do not use this company.

Did a good job on the floors; HOWEVER, please be aware that if you are replacing carpet with hardwood, this contractor will NOT finish the job by installing shoe molding. This means that you have to hire someone else to install the molding, which is a pain, an additional cost and extends the finish time of the job. Two of the three estimates that I had included installation of shoe molding; the estimates were in much more detail and lower than this contractor. Don't make the same mistake that I did.
