Crosby's

I worked for Tim Hortons in Corry also owned by Crosby's, so I understand if the employees there were treated how we were before I quit than I get that it's hard to put up with everything. BUT they messed up my bf's sub during a buy one get one deal. They forgot his dressing and only put a tiny bit of meat on it. (They are $8 subs...so this is upsetting) He brought it back in literally 15 mins later and they said they couldn't refund or do anything because they couldn't find his order form. It was in the same damn bag we got it in and it wasn't even bitten into they could have just looked at it. Maybe they have "official rules" but hey, if you don't want a bad review than fix your mistakes and keep people happy.
