The IT Geek in Concord, MA was the best possible experience for successfully completing a task which had been put off and put off and put off due to fear, not only of the unknown, but dread of cost and "computer-down" loss of time. They retrieved the unretrievable, advised on how to avoid this situation in future, offered guidance on future computer system purchases, all with an efficiency in communication you will not find elsewhere. My computer and data problem was solved within three days, including a weekend! You won't find a better service anywhere. I will be bringing my other "computer problems"---(I have three more towers and a laptop that died) to THE IT GEEK in the new year.
