        Overall

        I was very impresed with Steve's knowlege and profesionalism, a big improvement from the 20 something year old trainers from some of the other gyms I've been. You can tell a big difference experiance makes. I have surpassed my goals and have never looked better.

        First class all the way, the one on one training with Steve is always excellent and the results are really showing. I actually look forward now to working with Steve and I always feel great afterwards.
