The place is so underrated. The owner does some car magic and there you go. That’s all you need to know.
I just took my 2013 Dodge Charger there, and I experienced nothing but professional service. The Guys there we're great. And Matt took really good care of my car and I. He showed me what was wrong, worked with on making sure everything I needed done got done. They can definitely expect more buissness from my family and I. Thanks guys!
One Call Auto Mechanic is by far the most professional auto business in Columbus! My husband called him with some car trouble and Matt told us to come right over. He was VERY professional, honest and courteous of our time! He was able to get our vehicles in and out in no time. Above all he is extremely resonably priced and my husband and I will never take our vehicles anywhere else! Thanks again guys!!!
As the daughter of two mechanics, I was very hesitant to find a local shop after moving to Columbus. One Call, however, has been nothing but great for my husband and me. The service is fast and friendly (most shops don't take as kindly to same day drop offs and certainly don't work them in as quickly) and the waiting area is clean as well. They have fixed all of my issues quite well and have offered honest opinions on fixing up my older car as well. Five stars!
Don't bother making an appointment. It might not be kept. That is what happened to me.
I was in the shop the previous Saturday for an ac diagnosis. Was told a timing belt replacement was a more urgent priority. While there, I scheduled an appointment to replace the belt for the following Saturday.
When I arrived, Matt did not remember that I had an appointment and what it was for. Then he said that it couldn't be done until 2 weeks later! I was never notified that the appointment could not be kept. I had drove there for nothing. Now I have to find another mechanic to fix this as soon as possible.
After I left, he took another customer that called that morning. This mechanic has demonstrated a lack of credibility and professionalism.

Provided by SuperpagesThis place is hit or miss! The owner often times wanted to just beat another shop's price. He was sometimes able to do that, but I've had one part he installed breakdown twice within a year! Ironically, I had told him the original part looked much stronger than his replacement!

Provided by SuperpagesWent in to have my brakes and transmission checked, they checked both in a timely manner and called and told me why I heard a certain noise and advised me that my brakes were fine and should last for another year or so. They were very business like and I was very impressed.
A really clean station.Nice pays attention to detail, staff quite helpful.I would reccomend it to anyone in the world. overall greatness.
