Made an appointment with them to fix my hot tub. They said they would call on a Thursday to firm up the time. By 3:30 pm on Thursday I figured I should call. Talked to a woman who said she was not sure she could get ahold of them. Really? It is 2018 folks. You can get ahold of anybody and everybody who wants to respond. By 5:30 pm I figured it was over with. Did they call me? Nope. Did I get to play golf with my buddies in the morning? Nope. Did I get to go on the pontoon ride with my family in the afternoon? Nope. I waited on a company who did not care about me. Stay away from these guys. Unbelievable. Wrote this 2 weeks later never heard from them again.
