In a day and age where honest people seem to hard to find, cab driver Claude- cab number 3193, is a man among men. This past Friday night, my wife, son, and mother in law arrived in Chicago late, and in a hurry to get our screaming son in to their hotel, my wife left her phone in the cab. It wasn't till later that she discovered she'd done so, and my mother in law called the phone- it was after midnight at this point. Claude answered and said he could bring the phone back the next morning. It's obvious that Claude is a man of his word, as he drove back into the city- on his day OFF, mind you, to return my wife's phone. We are so thankful to Claude for going way out of his way. Beyond the obvious that comes with the loss of a phone, we have a good number of photos that are simply irreplaceable. Thank you, Claude, for your honesty. We appreciate you.
EXCELLENT AIRPORT SERVICE. I RODE IN A NICE CLEAN NEW VAN. DRIVER WAS NICE AND ON TIME THIS MORNING.
great airport service. driver was on time and very polite. when i come back to chicago i will call beverly express.
Awful and unprofessional. Went $50 in the wrong direction then tried to get me to pay the full fare anyway. Threatened to call the police if I wouldn't pay. Tried to "cut me a deal" instead of calling dispatch to get the correct fare and tried to charge me $140 instead. Again, I refused, and again he threatened to call the police. Spent 20 minutes outside my destination arguing with the driver before he agreed to charge me the correct price. What a thief. No wonder the cab business is going down the toilet. Good riddance.
EXCELLENT AIRPORT SERVICE!!! The vans are very comfortable and new. I Travel a lot to the airport. This company never let me down.If you need a ride to the airport call BEVERLY EXPRESS.
service was very good . driver was on time to take me to ohare airport yesterday. will call again when I GET BACK TO CHICAGO.
Because of an unexpected major illness, (the treatment leaves me exhausted and I am also a single mother), I needed to find a transportation service to drop my son off at daycare and get to work in a timely manner. After an exhaustive search and few reliable leads, I settled on KidCare transportation. It has been one of the WORST decisions, I have ever made. I spoke with Janeth expressing my anger, disgust and fear after receiving the email. She was VERY defensive and said that the driver had been with her for over a year. She proceeded to say I have been nothing but a problem and that this not going to work out. She said she does not have anyone else and that she cannot do it. I attempt to appeal to her sense as a mother, but she rushes me off the phone and says that needs to talk to the driver. I told her that I was sending her the email I received and that the school will no longer recommend her service because she allows negligent drivers like that to work for her. NEVER once does she apologize the unprofessional, shoddy and unorganized customer service I have received since I started with Kidcare Transportation, Instead, she is rude because she cuts me off, is very defensive about the driver’s behavior without once again offering an apology. In my almost 40 years, I have never had a company that I PAY for say that I am the one with the problem without offering a solution. am no longer accepting her calls because despite my illness, the safety and security of my son comes first and it is clear that Janeth from Kidscare does NOT put kids safety first. In conclusion, Kidscare is an unreliable, unprofessional and unorganized company. It is clear that Janeth does not care about the well being of kids, but ONLY her bottom line. If you care about the safety of your kids, I suggest you do not use this company or you will regret it.
Best experience , Clean Car , cool driver, easy web Booking , good 1-800 access. All star service. The Online booking was the easiest , just like any signup. and than all I had to do was login, put my pickup address, drop off address and I got a confirmation. My phone call to 1-800 was very pleasant.
I was so shocked this morning that I could not believe my eyes. I work at Loyola University and had an early shift. I got in the drive thru window at Mcdonalds and there was a TaxiTown cab #607 in the line in front of me and another guy. At first I thought I was seeing things, but the right passenger door opened and a male, white, 6ft, blue jeans, black t shirt and drunk as a skunk emerged from the cab and went to the wall of the resale shop next door to McDonald's near Rosemont and Broadway and pissed all upside the building. There were people with family in cars in line and everything. It was disgusting. Then while in the line, there appeared to be at least 6 passengers in the CAB 607 and their order was large. They also appeared to have an argument with the cashier at the window because they became very loud. Others in the drive thru line started honking their horns and screaming and these drunk idiots decided to challenge the other drivers honking their horns to a fight....imagine being drunk and challenging sober people to fight....that is asking for a beat down. But once the other drivers started emerging from there cars and telling all the drunk occupants "bring it on...we can go right now" that is when the cab drove off. But TaxiTown, let me ask you about the cab driver....what in the hell was he thinking instigating all that b.s.?We all could have been killed. What if everybody took out a gun and started shooting? The cab driver should have called dispatch and asked for a supervisor and reported the incident but I bet you he did not. so unprofessional. If you are wondering what time this took place it was between 0335 and 0348 hours in the wee hours of the morning. Damn ya,ll suck.
Very dependable. The only taxi service that I call. They go above and beyond to accommodate their clients.
