THEY NEVER MAKE THEIR PICK UPS! e.g. TODAY SAT. 5/27/2017 PICK UP NUMBER WEC197573346. MAIL DELIVERY WAS MADE, BUT PACKAGE WAS NOT PICKED UP. THERE WAS A MESSAGE HANGING ON THE MAILBOX THAT THE PACKAGE FOR PICK UP WAS BEHIND THE STORM DOOR. WHO CARES? RIGHT? THIS WAS NOT THE 1ST TIME!

Terrible postal service facility, I work for a business where customers sends checks through the mail and for weeks we would receive no mail. Sometimes we would receive a few checks from select customers I don't know if they are throwing mail out or not delivering mail properly but as a business this is UTTERLY unprofessional. If the main mailman goes out on vacation the back up mailperson ever shows up, this is the worst facility in all of Chicago and actions needs to be taken against the current team that is at this facility.

Ok I send a package to international seen oct 10,2016 it supposed go to South America. It been over a month in chicago I don't why they sending to chicago post office. They stop scanning the tracking number is EC905594795US. I dont even know what happen to my package. I call post office if they find out what is going on with the package it suppose to send it out send 2 week I pay more to send it to international . I do not received any call back. please contract me

I am having a package sent from the states to Germany and I order the package with five day shipping it has been ten days and yet no package. What is going on???

I paid for express mail to be shipped to me from China. My package is still being held by your office since July 28th, 2016 after clearing customs. It's a really big box, hard to miss. I usually use Fedex or UPS for international shipping, although I thought I'd give USPS another chance, but the government organization has let me down yet again. I filed a case No. for this locations delinquency, and hopefully it helps productivity. Don't worry, if USPS fails, then the working class will cover you.

They're either holding my mail or not updating they're damn information. If they want us to stop purchasing things from other countries all they need to do is say so, not hold our stuff hostage.
