People who works in there .talking to much no one wants to help you. Cash bank everyone is nasty .in helping you. People's at the door are nice .

I was greeted by an elderly doorman, he never smiled....very stone faced! Jcrew doesn't sell womens clothing larger than size 12 in store! That leaves me to purchase online. Often times I have 2 of the same items. As I'm returning items, it's important that I'm credited a refund immediately as very few items are available in my sizes.....and I need credit available for other items, which leads me to lastnight!The store clerk did an exceptional job! She did exactly what I needed and waived expedited shipping! I now can look forward to my black ELSIE PUMPS. Jcrew is my favorite clothing store....superb quality and service! Oh, the sales are great when I catch them, even if i dont, Jcrew will give you a discount on previously purchased items that go on sale. The return policy is the best!
My experience with old navy is that it's a wonderful shop and there not a lot of drama by it so i would love to work there.
BEWARE THIS STORE CASHIER IS STEALING CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND DEBIT CARDS INFORMATION PURCHASING ITHEMS WITH CUSTOMERS INFORMATION, ...I VISITED THIS CLUTTER STORE APRIL 11TH WENT BACK HOME TO WISCONSIN APRIL 27TH THEY PURCHASED ITHEMS WITH MY CREDIT CARD WHILE I AM AT MY HOME IN WISCONSIN I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE STORE AND PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST THE CASHIER WHO STOLE MY INFORMATION. ....BAD BUSINESS I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! !!!
I was there the Saturday may 2 Making some purchase and the cashier forget to give me one of the bag inhope they be honest and give to me !!!!!!
The store itself is decent; there were a few employees that went above and beyond, the rest could be more professional. Just because you work in a not so great area, don't mean you shouldn't be professional in your work. I'm talking about a stock person putting out merchandise singing the same discusting rap song over and over again and laud. I feel the walmart owners don't care about the stores in the African American communities. Comparing the stores Northlake and North Ave store is like day and night. For example; I love grapes, the grapes in the north Ave store is not only dirty, they look muddy. I know I have to wash fruit before I eat it. They should at least make them appetizing, appealing to the eye. This is the ONLY store where the fruits is not to par.
The first time I went, they kept me waiting one and a half hours. I was just circling the store waiting for time to pass until they finally got to me. When they did, the mobile representative was cordial and apologetic about the waiting time, and I know that sometimes setting up a new line can take up a while, so I was cordial as well. Throughout the whole process she was distracted and was joking around with other representatives while she was trying to set up my account. After putting in all my information, the target mobile system went down and the process could not be completed. She apologized in a loud voice that sounded insincere as though see just enjoyed the sound of her voice, and said she would hold the phones for me until tomorrow when we could try again. I went back the next day, and the system was running again. A different representative was attending another customer, so I waited. And waited. for two hours. She looked fatigued and was extremely distracted. She took a long time just to put in my information and in the middle to the process she left and another representative (the same one as the previous day) took her place. She apologized in that loud narcissistic way once again, and finished the transaction only to tell me in the end, that my credit had not been approved. In the end, I had spent three and a half hours waiting and left the store empty-handed.
this is a great place . my granddaughter took several classes with miss khalilah , she is very good with children my granddaughter loved her classes and made several items to wear. the hours were flexible. miss khalilah is a couture designer and I have a few one of a kind pieces made by her. I plan to join her next diy with wine group. check her out hope to see you there.
Cuando visiten esta Botanica Emmanuel pidan muy bien lo que compran pq les cobran la mercancia y les dan incompleto lo que pidan; por ejemplo si ordenas 2 Veladoras Reversibles y 2 Veladoras Tapa Boca - es logico que necesitan CADA UNA SU ACEITE, asi q Tu Pides "Con sus ACEITES POR FAVOR" y solo te dan 1 aceite reversible y 1 aceite tapa boca... Le llamo para explicarle q puso mal la orden y en vez de disculparse... me dice que asi no va q Yo me equivoque... Por favor tener cuidado alli no curan de nada y hasta atienden mal... Decepcionada de este lugar. : /
