This "supposed owner" gave a quote for $300.00 down for a $1000.00 job then did not come out for 3 days to do the job. After 3 days, finally something was done. He does not return calls or emails and then makes all kinds of excuses as to why he didn't. After research, we found that WILL REED has had numerous complaints on him on here and with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Took advantage of the elderly as in former complaints and also has done damage to customer's property and would not compensate or repair the property. I would not recommend WILL REED for any service of this type. I would definitely find a different company to do the job !!!!

A1 Tree Service LLC, required my 83 year old mother in Madison, MS, pay $500 upfront on 3/26/2015 with the promise he would return the next day to remove two trees at a total cost of $1000. The price seemed fair but Mr. Will Reed never returned to do the work. After repeated attempts to reach the owner, Will Reed by phone, he finally took my call. I suspect he did not recognize the number because he will not answer calls or return phone messages. Anyhow, I spoke to Mr. Will Reed on 4/10/2015 on behalf of my mother (I live in Dallas, TX). Mr. Will Reed was a very smooth talker, he sounded sincere and promised to refund my 83 year old mother the $500 for the work he contracted for but never performed. Mr. Will Reed had all kinds of excuses as to why he did not ever do the work, but could not explain why he would not return my 83 year old mother's calls. Will Reed promised to visit my mother on Monday,4/13/2015 and refund the $500. As of today, April 15, 2015, we have not seen nor heard from Mr. Will Reed, nor has he returned any of our calls. Mr. Will Reed operates under A1 Tree Services LLC and A1 Tree Service and Landscaping. I would not trust Will Reed. It is apparent he takes advantage of the elderly and is fully aware of the stress he has caused my mother. My next steps; contact the BBB and the Attorney General's Office.

They did a wonderful in removing a dead tree from my backyard and cleaning up all debris. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
