DO NOT do business with these people. The service manager Ed was unbelievably rude when I arrived for my service appointment. After making an appointment for same day service, taking the day off work, hauling my tractor in and unloading it.....Ed tells me it's going to be up to a week before they can get the work done because he didn't have the staff there to do it. After explaining my situation again and reminding him I made this appointment a week in advance and he assured me it would get done in a few hours that same day, he proceeded to tell me it was HIS last name on the sign outside and if I didn't like it to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Rude is an understatement...this man was an a***ole. There are plenty of good Kubota dealers for sales and service around the area. This IS NOT one of them! I'll be doing my business elsewhere, I don't do business with people who don't respect their customers.
