I took a picture of all the tags on my appliance and that wasn't sufficient so they came not prepared to fix my appliance. They told me it just needed belts and that they would have them ordered, once they were in they would install them. A week later they came out to my house, my son who is of age to be able to stay home was there and the tech said he wouldn't go into my house with my son there. ( I have NEVER in my life had this situation happen, mind you the home im in now has had alot of recent repairs and everyone other tech has not had an issue) I have in home cameras to monitor as well. When the tech called me he said he would call me right back and he didn't. Everytime I have called into them they have placed me on an eternal hold and have hung up countless times just to call back and be placed on hold again. I despise being lied to, poor customer service, and when I am given the run around. This is exactly what this company does I would never recommend them to anyone.
