Quick Livery REFUSED to honor the voucher I purchased from Deal Chicken. I specifically purchased it for roundtrip transportation. I requested service for transportation on July 11th - they confirmed pick-up and then they did not show up. I almost missed our flight. When I called the vendor picked up and then hung up on me and never would return my call or answer again. I tried to used it again for my return trip. I did as instructed and booked on line - they said to just give the driver the voucher - no problem. This was not true. We had to pay $100 to get home from the airport for a voucher I had already paid for. This company is BAD for Deal Chicken's business!

I purchased a coupon for Quick Livery service. I booked my service (transportation from the airport home) in early June for June 28. I was asked to confirm by email 3 days in advance and again by phone the day of the airport pick-up. I never received a response to my confirmation email. When I called, I was told the coupon was cancelled and I would need to apply to the vendor for a refund. I then asked about booking service with full payment and no coupon (as I was now going to be stranded at the airport). The vendor repeated his earlier statement. It seemed as if I was not being clear, so I asked the vendor if I could please ask a separate question. The vendor responded "no" and hung up on me. I made 2 attempts to call again and was met with voice mail. I left one message, it was never returned and I was left to my own devices at the Atlanta airport

ZERO STARS
I purchased a Groupon for $29 for One-Way Airport Transportion from Quick Livery Car Service in Miami. My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare.
After making multiple phone calls, I was able to book my transportation for 2 people from Miami to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. I was told my driver would be Mr. Gordon and that he would call me on the date of travel when he is on his way.
After going on a cruise out of Miami, this transportation was supposed to be used to take us to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport for our return flight home. I called Mr. Gordon after we disembarked from the cruise, wanting to double check that we would indeed have transportation to the airport as scheduled. I was told that we were given a different driver and received a different phone number to call. This new driver told us he would come pick us up but we had to pay an additional $50 plus 20% gratuity on top of what we paid for the Groupon. He told me the extra fees were for fuel and because he drove an SUV (which we did not book). I tried to explain to him that I should not have the pay the extra $50 but he was completely clueless. He told me he was the only driver available and he offensively told me to look elsewhere if I wanted something that I could afford. Being that our flight was in a few hours and we had no time to find other transportation, I told him I would pay the extra fees since we just needed to get to the airport and texted him the address of the hotel we were to be picked up at as he requested (apparently he wasn't given this information before hand by the company)
That's not all... 30 minutes after the pickup time the driver had not arrived. I called him multiple times with no answer to see where he was. No answer. When I sent him a text message he finally replied back saying he was tied up and couldn't make it. No phone call or anything!!! I called the main Quick Livery number with no answer there as well. This was a nightmare, we were stuck with no transportation to our flight. We had no choice but to take an extremely expensive taxi cab from downtown Miami to the Fort Lauderdale and almost missed our flight.
I do not want anyone to go through the horrible stressful experience I had - PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

BAD, BAD, terrible business! I purchased a dealfind deal for $29 for service from home to Logan Airport within a 30 mile radius. After confirmation 72 hours ahead, they were a NO SHOW for our ride to the airport. We had to drive in and nearly missed our flight. (not to mention the cost of $144 to park for a week) No one would return my calls. They were also a no show on our return trip home. I called to complain, I sent an e-mail and did not even get as much as an apology. Live and learn I guess.

Will never use them again. I'd pay more elsewhere or take a taxi.
I booked an airport drop-off and pick-up. I was given a driver to call; the driver never answered over a three day span of me trying. I was then given a different driver; this driver was across the country from my location. I was given a third driver who finally agreed to the transportation (after mentioning multiple times that he drove a luxury car in a snooty manner).
The driver called me at 2a.m. in the morning the night before my airport drop-off. When I answered and said "hello" three times, he hung up. At the airport, the driver told me I owed him a tip valued at 40% off the cost (after tolls even). Having been previously told there was a mandatory tip of 20% + tolls, I didn't have enough cash. He made rude comments, so I gave him all the cash I had but it only came to about 35% (which he did not deserve). Very unprofessional. When I called the company to find out why the difference, they agreed I should have only plaid my original assessment. The person offered to call my driver for clarification and asked me to call the company back in 20 minutes. When I called, no one answered so I left a message. No one ever called me back.
I reserved my pick-up from the airport over a week in advance. It was for a very early pick-up (clearly stated the pick-up time when making the reservation). I was told of a $15 surcharge, which I agreed to. I was reminded of the $15 extra about four times throughout the week leading to the pick-up. The day before pick-up, my driver left a voicemail saying the surcharge was now $50 extra instead of $15. I called the company to confirm. The person told me $40. Their charge kept changing. When I asked why the drastic change, the only response was "Because of your pick-up time." When I mentioned they knew of my pick-up time all along and was told it was only $15 originally, the person ignored the remark and rudely asked if I wanted to keep the reservation or not. I cancelled.
I have pre-paid for two more trips that I will not be taking either. I'd rather be at a loss than work with them. They are disrespectful, untrustworthy, and rip-offs.

While I guess this is unfair since I never got to USE the service, I would NOT recommend using quicklivery for ANY type of limo service. I purchased a dealfind coupon for "TOWN CAR SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT (UP TO A $105 VALUE!)". After a convoluted on-line quote service, I called the number on the coupon and the dude on the other end told me (quite curtly) to call the driver, Kesha. After a number of calls and disconnections, Kesha informed me she was not available as she had other 'deliveries' at the time of my drop off. She also informed me that she did not drive a limo, but had a minivan. I told her I would call Quicklivery to find another driver. I did, and the same dude told me (and I quote) "Yeah, I guess we're booked, maybe you want to try a different day" and hung up.
So, in summary, when calling to expect a town car service to the airport, I was offered:
-a minivan
- to the airport
- at a later day than my flight
- 3 hours of wasted time and phone calls
Do not waste your time with this joke of a 'limo service'

This "Town Car" Dealfind.com coupon is a rip-off!! The description of this deal on the voucher is completely misleading and entirely false. There is a mandatory $21 tip and if you plan on being picked up before 8 AM go ahead and add an additional $25 for an early morning pick up. Keep in mind we needed a 7 AM pick up. It only gets worse. The promise of travel in a town car or limo.... False. Keisha will be picking you up in her Town & Country folks. That's right, her minivan. I'm sorry but paying MORE than taxi cab fare ($20 coupon + $21 tip + $25 early pick up) to the airport in Soccer Mom's minivan is NOT what I paid up for.

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER. A complete rip-off. They never called me back, never picked me up. Missed my flight and had to wait for the next flight 8 hours later. I do not recommend this company at all. I try calling them on the phone, emailing them, etc. and they do not do anything to respond. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!
