Texture Plus

I just got off the phone with someone at Texture Plus in Bohemia, NY and they were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP and very rude. I understand the company is in NY and most people aren't as friendly as people in the South but come on. I had to literally pull the information out of her and still didn't get my questions answered. Tip: if you want to use this company (which I looked and their reviews and they aren't very good) then ask for someone that knows about the products. You'd think they would make sure the person answering the phone would know to transfer the call to one of their sales reps who is at best friendly and knows about their products but I guess I was wrong
