        Since 2003 DigitalGeek has built a reputation based on service first. We're NOT a franchise, or "geek's with pocket protectors". We are certified technicians who care about our work. We provide services for Windows and Macintosh computer networks. We work with PBX's, printers, plotters, desktops, laptops, servers and routers to provide a 'single-point' solution for your IT needs. In addition to providing computer services for home users in the Baltimore area, DigitalGeek's provides managed IT services. Digitalgeek's primary mission is to provide managed IT services (voice/data/web) for small and mid-sized businesses in the Baltimore/Washington area. We act as a virtual IT department for our clients, providing a single point of contact and affording them the same benefits large corporate networks enjoy from their in-house IT department. Although we are not exclusively Microsoft based, we have implemented for the majority of our clients Windows 2003 Small Business Server Premium or Windows 2007/08 Server (utilizing Sharepoint, Exchange, IIS, etc). We also setup and maintain dedicated firewall appliances and support VPN/RDP solutions. Roughly 30% of our work involves web site design/administration/development. Approximately 20% of our clients are home users/families. 75% of our business clients have annual service contracts with us - Most include 24/7 network monitoring/priority troubleshooting/general maintenance/and a rigorous disaster recovery plan.

        Good service

        I called for advice about internet service in Baltimore in preparation for our move there. Even though I obviously wasn't in the market for their services, the staff was happy to give me the information I was after, not in a hurry at all.

        They handle all three of my stores. They are my basically my IT department. Everything and anything that goes wrong has been handled with ease and efficiency. I couldnt run my business this smoothly without them. Glad i found them.
