Since 2001 Flippers Gym has been offering gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading programs. We believe that gymnastics is a great foundation for all sports because it teaches body control and awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and endurance, all while building self-esteem. These skills can be transferred to future sports and a life-long love of movement.

Overall

We are happy with bringing our kids here. The are making friends in their classes, and it is a healthy activity that they enjoy doing. We are thankful that it is teaching them such great values so soon.

My daughter loves going to the gym. The instructors are great and she has learned so much. I recommend them all the time!
