Austin Roffler Barber College

I called to enroll since I was told I would be put on the waiting list in 2014. It is December 2018 and no response about me on the waiting list. I assume a student answered which is fine and I told him I wanted to enroll. He gave the phone to a lady and said this person wants to enroll. She got on the phone and asked me what was it I needed. I said to enroll. She said so how can I help you...
I asked her what I needed to do and she said (like I was wasting her time) “come to the school, and bring 3 headshots with you”. Huh? I asked what may have happened with the waiting list and she said “ you thought someone was supposed to call you?” I said “ok are there any other barber schools in Austin?” Her reply, “ what you’re going to want to do is google barber schools”.
