Arrowhead Park Apartments

If you are the non typical low income( type that is legal and works for a living) then this is not the place for you. The gate is always broke when its not there are lines down on Masterson Pass waiting for some one to come along that actually is on a lease here to open the gate with their code so they can all get in. If not they just come in the exit when a car leaves the property. They discriminate and can't do anything about the used car lot that one of the tenants is running in here without you providing the name and apt. # of the person doing it (even though I have pictures that they didn't want to see). The kids run amok with no supervision, pulling fire alarms, vandalizing, throwing trash everywhere, gangs are all over the place (red being the favorite color). Maintance does nothing but ride around in golf carts all day and hang out in there aptartments (since they live on site). There has been two cases of sexual assault on the property that I'm aware of I found this out from someone who doesn't even live here that found out from someone that does live here that got a notice on there door about it (we never recieved a notice about it). The security officer is evidently an APD officer since they sit up there in a cop car either marked or unmarked ( which seems strange that people are being assualted with security in here). Roaches don't seems to be an issue in the building I'm in at least though I do hear from others that live here that roaches and beg bugs are a problem. We have a no pet policy but there are pets all over this place (again I have pictures of this). Like I said if you are a working class poor person and are looking for a descent place to live on the limited income and high cost of rent in this town if is hard I know but this is not the place you should keep looking.
