I worked with Ashley Stewart, and I have to say she's the best. She was very nice and outgoing but was there to help you any kind of way you needed to find a place for you and your family. I spoke with Ashley on our first visit and just gave her a little background and visual of what I wanted. W…

I enjoyed my first year of residence here, but they changed their entire staff in the office and the new manager lacks the skills, tact and resolution traits. The turn around in staff is too frequent. Vandalism exists, constantly have sheriffs on property addressing legal issues with tenants, …

Renters Beware! If you have any problems with your apartment, they will never get fixed! It took calling the city out to have the air conditioner replaced. There is mold in the walls and outer walls. They cleaned but did not replace the carpet or open up the wall to make sure it wasn't in th…

1) Forget living in a gated community since the gate is always broken\r 2) Advertising for amenidies they don't have. I moved in over 7 months ago and was told a new indoor basketball court was ""going up"". Well it started going up about 4 months after I signed my lease and is still not finis…

Do not live here, please. The office staff are horribly rude and will try to overcharge you everywhere they can. There are several reasons not to live here: 1. Every other apartment has dogs. Seriously. They all get into a barking feast at 3 am in the morning and the office does NOT recognize t…

American Greed! Rats, roaches, bedbugs, one owner after another doing face lifts on an old, nasty complex. They turn you over to Phoenix Recovery and lie about why you owe them money. The AG's office needs to investigate these people. Rip off artists, no conscience.

A Very Nice community to live in. I love where I live , But management is truly careless , I reported my neighbor for harassment which has been going on for the past 2 months. I asked them to move me to another apartment so I can feel safe they said no it wasn't that serious. How dare these peop…

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The office staff have been a pleasure to deal with and very attentive. Great service with a smile! The maintenance team have always addressed any issue with a sense of urgency and have gone above and beyond. Great place great staff five stars all the way!
I love this Community because the Management actually cares for the people that live here; and because they care, it shows in every aspect that makes a community great. The grounds are kept clean, the pool area is maintained daily, service requests are taken care of immediately, and the office is very efficient and responsive in a genuine manor. The location is a bonus too!
It looks like ALOT has changed since 2012. This is the cleanest and quietest complex I have lived at. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issue. The ladies in the office are always friendly and willing to help. Seriously every time I go in they are asking if everything is ok. There’s a fitness room onsite which I love. And it’s close to downtown!!!
Shannon H helped me find the perfect apartment. Extremely helpful and does anything to make her customer happy. Would recommend her to anyone!
Shannon Hodges is very friendly, caring, and she took the time to help me find the perfect place! I’d recommend her in a heart beat ❤️
Excellent, friendly service! Shannon Hodges is top rate! She takes time to know her client! Kudos!
These apartments are 20+ years old, and things have definitely started to wear out, not function, etc. We have had 10+ maintenance work orders since we have lived here, and most of them require several visits in order to be resolved. Not because they had to go get a part or something...I mean because they say it is fixed and it is not. Examples include our garage door, our heater/AC unit (twice), exterior lighting in the building, and the finish on our bathtub. Maintenance is terrible around here. They fired the old manager in mid 2017 but the new one doesn't seem to have improved things much. Also the groundskeeping is terrible. We live at the back of the complex and there is trash everywhere. Contributing to this is the fact that out dumpster seems like it is overflowing-full all the time. So wind blows trash off the top and into the grassy areas. And dog poop? Everywhere. It's like nobody picks up after their dog. And what do those of us that do get for our trouble? Poop receptacles that are as overflowing as the dumpster. At least the dumpster gets emptied every week, though. The poop receptacles can go for a couple of weeks or more without being emptied.Oh, and back to maintenance, one time a couple of the covered parking things got ran over and destroyed. It took the management a couple of months to get that fixed. And right now, the little brick wall between the "in" and "out" gates at the front of the complex is just a little pile of bricks. I guess somebody ran over it too. We'll see how long it stays that way. In the meantime, it sure is dark up there at night. Also, as of December 2017, they will not hold _any_ shipped packages at the office. This started earlier in 2017, when they decided they'd only hold US Post Office packages. But then literally at the peak of Christmas 2017 shipping, they stopped holding USPS packages too.At least its quiet, and the residents are nice, and keep to themselves.
Donna gave us wrong key when we moved in . So we had to pay for motel that Jaime stated that we get a refund back. District manager talked to us like we were low lifes. We moved in to apt due to we got flooded and the hall floors had nails coming out of them and no siding. The kitchen floors and other floors had not been washed for years . Orange and lime and pink and blue rooms not all painted same colors. The walls were holy and carpet looked like bug infested. The mintaince man told us no time to clean carpet fot us deadline so he had to lie. The carpets had stain on them and no carpet between living room and hallway it had holes and bare concrete showing. maintenance would come in they would never fix anything half ass do things. we have emails to prove that we had leaks and they told us to put a bucket under it that they could not fix it because it was the weekend . our front door fell off and we had to fix it ourselves they say they have security and on call maintenance and that some joke . they also state that they repair all we were told by the district manager those were old apartments and they don't repair anything . The pool was closed down from the state health department people are still swimming even though there's a no swimming sign . drug sales and women that party and drink and sell drugs all over that place trash all over the parking lot where they have to hire someone to clean it up one dumpster that there is trash all over the place and we have photos of all even have emails from the management with laws that they tail they go through maintenance people like you go through underwear . and Donna is the biggest joke of all lies about everything and emails that she was out to get us we have proof that they showed us a $300 bill for moving out a month early and then it goes up to $1400 move out cost what jokes district managers and other companies or nurrock all have bad reviews also
Legacy at Southpark (James on South First) is an amazing property! I moved in back in May under Roscoe and have had an amazing experience since day one. The second I walked in to my first floor apartment, I was blown away at the quality of the appliances and amenities. 12 foot Cathedral ceilings with very nice quiet fans, beautiful granite counters, wood floors throughout, and stainless steel appliances! The wrap around porch is very spacious and has extra storage with key entry... Everything in mint condition. The AC is cool and evenly distributed with a low power bill! The bathroom is gorgeous and features a huge hotel like tub. This place is so nice! As far as amenities... the infinity pool has gas grills, soon a fridge, and plenty of space! The gym is awesome, the business center is available 24/7, and there is coffee everyday in the community center! I have to say that the best part of living here are the staff: Dacia and Gracie are absolute angels who are always available when I need them, especially after moving in. The maintenance staff is ON POINT! They are polite, prompt, and always know exactly what they are doing. I love living here and look forward to many years ahead. I cannot believe they charge so little for rent! Thank you Legacy (James on South First) at Southpark! - Levi
Great complex with some nice amenities: , swimming pool, pet stations, seating areas for conversation, mailboxes in front of the office, and each apartment has their own private patio and private entry, plus they accept BBQ grills. An apartment is only as nice as the residents make it. We have some that will not follow their lease agreement and feel they have special privileges. I guess you have that in every apartment complex, LOL. The bus runs out in front, it is well lighted. There are some more areas that could be improved on, but we are getting there. Overall it is a good community to live in.
