I lived in these apartments for 14 months. They are the nastiest unkept apartments I have ever seen. They have a major problem with huge rats, the sewer backs up in your apartment and goes everywhere, including your kitchen, the parking lot floods, the water bill is allocated and the property manager allows certain people to live with others and not be on the lease so everyone else pays for their water usage. Their appliances are old and dont work half of the time. Things come up missing from your apartment and when you talk to management about it they say they dont know. The water is shut off at least once a month. And you are lucky if you get to take a hot shower.

Where oh where do I begin. The appliances do NOT work. The management will not respond to pleas for assistance. There is dog feces EVERYWHERE!!!! If you sell drugs, this is not the place to live.... there are already too many here. Trash doesn't belong in the the dumpster, try the hallways. Travis county sheriffs are always on the premises because of issues. Just don't move here.
Do you want a hot shower in the morning before work? Or maybe just any water that's not absolutely cold? If the answer to that question is yes then don't live here. *IF* the water is on, and its off as much as it's on, there probably isn't hot water because the entire complex shares something ridiculous like 3 small hot water heaters. At Wind River Crossing you pay a lot of money for hot water but you will not ever get to use it.
This is the worst experience I got my self in: rats in my apartment, trash everywhere the pool is filthy and please make sure to read your contract they will try to make sign for the longest lease they so please double check the dates and how many months they put in.Worst apartment complex be aware of the bugs .
That review from 2006 is obviously an employee of the community. I lived here in 2009, and the mold problems were terrible. Steer clear.
I would give this place negative stars if possible. I moved into my apartment 2/20/2014. The day I moved in I noticed that the master bathroom is leaking into my dining room. Its not a slow drippy leak its a full out flood my dining room, kitchen and living room type leak. It took me a month to finally have them have a contractor come out and look at it and all he did is cut a hole in my ceiling and never return. Still the leak continues. I call everyday and am told that it will be fixed by the end of that day.. but low and behold no one ever shows up to fix it! Anywho I have decided to stop cleaning up the messes it makes as gross as it sounds. I have a 5 month old to take care of and a full time job. I cant constantly get up at 2/3/4 am to clean up a pool of water. Ive decided that if they dont care about their property neither do I. Also my AC unit does not work and the heater does not work downstairs. Its so wonderful I am so glad I picked this place to live (sarcasm). I reported it to Austin Tenants Council, and Trinity PM @ 949-399-2500. I also have my attorney reviewing my lease and looking into the situation as well. My next step will be ripoffreport, Keye on your side and Fox news
Please, whatever you do ... DON'T live here! The management staff sucks. The maintenance staff will enter your apartment and leave your front door wide open and they will gauge you when you try to move out -- keep your deposits AND make you pay!
Don't let your phone die, they'll curse you out.. Very un professional
I love Jared and All Austin Apartment Locators! I know that I was by far NOT the easiest client he has ever had. I am picky about location, square footage, energy efficiency, office staff, appearance and most importantly cost. In addition to all of these things I am impatient. I contacted Jared in February when I decided to make my move. I knew that I wouldn't be needing a new place until the end of May. Jared was confident that he would find me the right place for my daughter and I. Every few weeks he made sure to follow up with me. He was on the ball from the very start. Funny enough in March he recommended a place to me. I wasn't open to it at first but he was convinced it was exactly what I was looking for. Jared was happy to give me more suggestions and now I have decided where we will be moving next week. Funny enough.. it's in to the same place that he originally recommended. I used a different apartment locator for my current place and they were more concerned with getting paid than our happiness. With All Austin Apartment Locators I know that they have my best interest at heart. I hope to have no need for a locator again anytime in the next few years but if I do Jared will be who I call. Knowing that I can count on All Austin Apartment Locators, Jared in particular, gives me a piece of mind that is priceless. Thank you Jared!
