The company as a whole is great, especially the admin. However, tenants need to choose property managers and realtors with the utmost scrutiny. I will not throw any names out there, but some of the property managers will treat you like trash and transparency is hard to come by. My experience was completely dreadful and I feel like every time I raised a question about wrongful charges (in my eyes), I was treated like a criminal and called a liar in a passive aggressive manner. Again, the admin is great and I have nothing but love for them, but they need to know that hiring unprofessional realtors can really reflect bad on the company as a whole.

Bill Minto is by far the best realtor with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Bill's picture should be by the word "professionalism" in the dictionary. He is the epitome of professionalism. Bill is ethical, prompt, courteous, dedicated and very knowledgeable about the real estate business. When I was shopping for a home, Bill worked hard on my behalf, often going above and beyond his job description to ensure that details were handled to my satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Bill Minto and give him my highest recommendation!
If there was a zero stars, or better yet negative stars option, they would deserve it. We would have been better off with a family of raccoons managing our property. The worst imaginable service. It's like they try as hard as possible to be terrible.
We worked with Kathy Chappell from Pacesetter Properties when we moved from NJ to Austin. We had one week to find our home; this was our first visit to Austin and we were first time home buyers so the task for finding us a home was not an easy one. On top of that, we did not have a set budget thus making Kathy pull out listings in various price ranges. Kathy was amazingly helpful. She made us feel at ease and apart from our property visits to buy a home she also introduced us to different parts of Austin (including our favorite restaurant Chuy's). She guided us through the process and with in a week we found our home. We could not have done this without Kathy's expertise and knowledge.
