I've done business with Morningstar for over a year, and I am delighted each time I visit. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, almost like walking into a private garden or an old fashioned parlor. There are always new beautiful things to look at, as well as the extensive inventory of massage and healing arts supplies. I am always greeted politely when I enter, and the sales ladies are as delightful as the store, willing to converse as if we are old friends, which we are rapidly becoming.I started receiving weekly massages from Melissa, the owner, over a year ago, and couldn't go more than two weeks without one. She can be firm but gentle as needed, and is very sensitive to any physical or personal limitations. I had a hip replacement operation, and she helped with products to reduce scarring, as well as adapting her massage treatments to my movement restrictions in the months immediately after the surgery.Melissa and the sales staff are all knowledgeable and very willing to help with selection from their large variety of massage therapy products, aroma therapy oils, inspiring decorations and gifts, and therapeutic items. When I had retinal surgery, they helped me with rental of the special chair I needed (similar to a massage chair, but with important differences) for the extended recovery period. Melissa and her staff also advise me on rental and finally purchase of an inexpensive massage table, as I had to sleep on my stomach for two weeks after my surgery. I would recommend this store and their staff without hesitation to anyone.
