*Individual/Family/Group Counseling* ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, ANGER, ADHD, BIPOLAR, MARITAL, IMPLUSIVE, LIFE COACH, ETC. Includes: office, in-home or supportive environment *Advocacy* Services performed in-person and/or on the phone *School Intervention Services* Services include school visits and IEP meetings (*For the above services, you must be a registered client of SCADS - billable to insurance) *Community Service Referrals FREE* *MEDICAID, AMERIGROUP AND WELLCARE accepted*(Medicaid Transport Available) (Consumers w/o insurance: $80 to $130/Session, sliding scale available) *ALL INQUIRES & CONSULTATIONS ARE CONFIDENTIAL* Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you!
